From the moment you meet Alessandra, you can feel it — the blend of warmth, artistry, and quiet confidence that instantly puts people at ease. Born and raised in Costa Rica, she carries with her the natural grace, hospitality, and rich cultural depth of her homeland. Spanish flows through her as her first language, and every now and then you may hear one of her charming “Ale-isms,” those delightfully unique expressions that have become a beloved part of her personality.
Yet Georgia is the place she has called home longer than anywhere else. After graduating from Berry College with degrees in German and Marketing, Alessandra followed her passion for aesthetics and returned to school to become a professional Interior Designer. What followed was a life rich in discipline, creativity, and entrepreneurship — from launching a coffee-import business with her family’s Costa Rican beans, to earning her third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, to raising two phenomenal sons.
In 2018, she felt the pull toward a new path and joined Ursula & Associates as a REALTOR®. And from the very beginning, something clicked. Surrounded by a team founded by a fellow lover of precision and European craftsmanship, Alessandra discovered the perfect way to merge her design background, her marketing expertise, and her deep love of helping people into one seamless experience.
Today, clients describe working with her as transformative — as if she can see not only what a home is, but what it could become. Her passion for form, function, architecture, gardening, organization, and photography allows her to help buyers envision possibilities and sellers elevate their homes to their fullest potential.
Beyond real estate, Alessandra is driven by service. For years she has quietly poured her time and talent into organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Must Ministries, Boy Scouts, and most recently the Optimist Club, all focused on strengthening the lives of children in the community. Helping people isn’t something she does — it’s who she is.
