Hi! I’m London Faile, and I’m the Executive Administrator here at Ursula & Associates. I’m a Woodstock native through and through; I actually grew up right here in Towne Lake, just down the road from our office! I chose to work with Ursula and Associates because of the incredible sense of community here; it truly feels like a family, and I love how much this team cares about building meaningful, lasting connections with every client.
I graduated with my degree in English from Kennesaw State University, and I enjoy using that background to keep our office organized and our daily operations running smoothly. In the fast-paced real estate world. I truly love being a steady resource for our agents. Making sure our clients feel heard and supported throughout the process makes me feel great and is definitely the most rewarding part of my job.
When I’m not at the office, I’m usually heading toward the outdoors. In my free time, I love spending time with horses and volunteering at a barn in North Georgia on the weekends. I also love to travel, whether it’s visiting friends in other states or finding a quiet spot at the beach to catch up on some reading. I am excited to keep growing in the real estate industry with a team that is so good at what they do!
