Hi, I’m John Marinan, but I go by Jay. I’m a business professor at a local college with a passion for real estate and how it can bring people together.
Originally from Illinois, I’ve lived all over Wisconsin, Maine, California, and New Jersey before making Atlanta my home for work.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy shooting, yoga, and meditation. My girlfriend is also active in real estate, so it’s truly a shared passion.
